All we require is an official purchase order which has been signed by an authorised member of staff, clearly showing your PO number and organisation details. 30-Day accounts are setup automatically on receipt of the purchase order.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Credit, Visa Purchasing, Electron, JCB, American Express You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet


When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. For larger orders and toners, we use couriers and their next day service.

WRONGLY ORDERED PRODUCTS:-

We are unable to take back OEM or compatible boxed products which are opened or damaged Refunds will be given within 30 days This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

If you order incorrect goods we are happy to take them back with just a few conditions:

Please contact us first to let us know which order you are returning, or if returning an item from a particular order, the cartridge code of the item.

If you wish to return wrongly ordered item please contact us within 14 days from receipt of goods. Returns requested for wrongly ordered items after this period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging still intact. We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered goods that have been opened, or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. Before opening the package please check that goods are suitable for the purpose they were purchased for (for example, check the package of a cartridge to make sure the cartridge fits your printer, or look it up on our Web Site). If you are not at all sure about the correct cartridge to use for your printer, feel free to contact us; sometimes certain cartridges are compatible with several different models, we can provide you with those details at your request.

When returning incorrectly ordered goods, please ensure that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling, etc. It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges to the CartridgeCo UK. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped freight on receiver to pay will be rejected, leaving the courier responsible.

Faulty goods

All faulty goods purchased within 30 days are covered by our satisfaction guarantee, please see our satisfaction guarantee for full details. Faulty goods purchased more than 30 days before a return will need to satisfy the following conditions:

As a rule we do not give credits for returns where the goods are over 3 months old from the invoice date. This is due to manufacturers' restraints, not our wishes. Exceptions are made for some products where we have specific latitude given to us by the manufacturer of the product.

Most cartridges have to be over a minimum weight before we can accept them for return.

If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.

All cartridges must be sealed and secured to ensure they do not leak or get lost in transit.

It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges to the CartridgeCo UK warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected at goods inwards in our warehouse, leaving the courier responsible.

Once we have received the cartridges, we will evaluate them and contact you to advise the result. We are very sympathetic when it comes to returns, and will consider all requests for returns which do not meet these criteria on a case by case basis.

Return procedures

To return goods, follow the rules below:

A note detailing the order number, and cartridge code of returned goods (along with a sample of faulty print for laser and copier cartridges). Should the rules not be followed, goods will be returned upon arrival.

All incorrectly ordered goods returns must be unopened and in saleable condition otherwise credit may be rejected. If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way it will be rejected. Seal and secure all goods to ensure unbroken arrival without leakage or loss in transit.
