I want to express my thanks for the superb service I received yesterday. First, the ‘phone was answered with a smile: efficient, courteous and cheerful. Next, despite being ordered late in the day the cartridge was despatched yesterday. Finally, it arrived promptly this morning and was exactly to specification. In a world of grunting, disinterested sales people who find every excuse to make life difficult for customers you – or your colleague – was a beacon of light. Amazingly, even the invoice was correct. Very helpful and friendly advice when ordering.
Royal Mail managed to completely crush the package and split the package resulting in toner being everywhere including over everyone else's letter (No they hadn't put it in a bag!)
A telephone call to Cartridge Co resulted in an immediate offer of help and one trip to Beeston later the toner was replaced.
No quibble, just great service from some very nice people.
My complaint to Royal Mail resulted in a less than helpful response. Need I say more!
