When you purchase from CartridgeCo UK, you can be confident that you will receive premium quality, factory-sealed, brand new products (unless noted otherwise). In the event you are not satisfied with the quality and performance of the products you purchased, you can have the products replaced or to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
The following warranty policies apply in the event you are unsatisfied with the print quality or the product received is defective.
Important: Items must be packaged in their original product box. We are unable to credit any returns without the original product box. Please do not mark the product box. Any items returned with marks, stickers, tape, tags, packing labels, or writing on the product boxes will not be accepted and will not be refunded or credited.
Re-manufactured cartridges are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a product for replacement or full refund within the 30-day warranty period. Re-manufactured ink cartridges must contain no less than 75% of the original ink capacity. Sorry, but we do not assume responsibility to damage of the printhead/circuitry assembly due to improper handling. Please remove protective tape carefully!
Compatible replacement cartridges (which replace the OEM brand) are warranted for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a product for replacement or full refund within the 180-day warranty period. The returned cartridge must contain no less than 75% of original ink capacity.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) brand cartridges are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a defective product for replacement or full refund within the 30-day warranty period. The cartridge must contain no less than 75% of ink capacity and be returned in the original OEM packaging. Sorry, but we do not assume responsibility to damage of the printhead/circuitry assembly due to improper handling. Please remove protective tape carefully!
Refill Toner/Ink is supplied so that you can refill your toner cartridges. when we state on our website that 'No Instructions are provided', Please make sure you know how to refill before ordering . Refilling a toner or inkjet cartridge is same as refilling fuel in your car. If your cartridge was working perfectly before the refill then it will continue to do so as long as you have not damaged any of the components, especially the green drum. The toner / Ink we supply is not an OEM product but is manufactured by a reputable company and is widely used in remanufactured cartridges. In order to make a substantial saving over the OEM cartridges you assuming all risks from refilling. After purchase if you feel you do not wish to refill, you may return all unopened products.
All returns and replacements of defective merchandise are done with no additional cost to you. For other returns, shipping charges are not refunded and a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.
To return a product
Please call or email the Customer Service Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. (RMA#).
Please Download the RMA Form, complete all the required fields and include this form with your return.
This number will be used to track your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested.
Return the product in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice.
Provide any additional information you feel will be helpful to our staff to process your request.
